How HMA Works With Our Customers

For the Sales and Marketing of your aircraft we will:

• Create the Spec Sheet from the information and pictures provided by you.
• Work with you to provide current market data and establish pricing parameters.
• Advertise on between 5 and 8 site publications and respond to all inquiries and questions promptly and follow-up accordingly.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the transaction, contracts, escrow agreements, etc.
• Communicate regularly with you, keeping you informed.

For the Acquisition of a helicopter we will:

• Work with you to establish your requirements and budget parameters.
• Based on the criteria you provide we will search for aircraft available.
• We submit all qualified aircraft directly to you. Although we will offer recommendations, including comparisons with other aircraft, the ultimate selection of any aircraft is yours.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the transaction.
• Communicate regularly with you, keeping you informed.

Regardless of whether we are representing your current aircraft or acquiring one for you, we will keep you informed on a regular basis. Our job is to make the transition as smooth as possible and to manage the process as efficiently as it can be.
