Fred graduated from US Army Aviation School and spent seven years in the US Army flying UH-1, OH-58, and CH-47 helicopters mostly in Asia. He also worked as the Transportation Manager for Continental Illinois National Bank in Chicago, IL for six years. Fred founded HAS Corporation and HAS Marketing in 1986 and grew the company to $55,000,000 in sales in 12 years while customizing over 500 NEW helicopters for customers worldwide. These companies were sold in 2005 having become one of the most recognized names in the helicopter industry worldwide.

Scott graduated from Penn State with a Business Administration Degree and has collectively worked in the helicopter industry for 16 years with Western Pennsylvania Helicopter Services(WPHS) and HAS Corporation, both being Bell Helicopter Service Facilities. He was actively involved in the financial aspects of the business to include inventory control and later performing as the production manager for maintenance and customization. He also worked as a controller for a manufacturing company with multiple subsidiaries and after the company closed he then obtained his CPA license and worked for a CPA firm for 9 years when his passion for helicopters compelled him to get back into the aviation world to work with HMA.

Carlos obtained his fixed wing license in 1971 and graduated from CIAAC in Mexico as a Commercial Helicopter Pilot in 1973. He has experience flying Bell 47G3B2's, 206's, 212's, and 412's for Mexican law enforcement, the Mexican government, and offshore operations. Carlos has worked as the CEO of Air Services, the CEO of Toluca International Airport, and was involved in the bilateral cargo aviation agreement between Mexico and USA. He was the Sales Manager in Aviabaltika, Mexico selling MI-17 helicopters to the Mexican Army, Navy, and Federal Police. Carlo has extensive experience in aircraft insurance, import and export, maintenance, operations, operational costs, management, and administration.

Bill has provided years of entrepreneurial experience owning a boutique marketing communications agency and serving the marketing and creative needs of clients in many industries including the aviation and helicopter markets. This includes over 27 years of Heli-Expo marketing with numerous trade show clients including 27 years for HMA/HAS. Currently, Bill provides strategic implementing solutions for industry clients in marketing and social media identity. Bill is a certified social media marketing specialist and a Certified Identity Protection Advisor for protection against identity theft fraud.

Sterling graduated from US Army Aviation School and spent three years in the US Army flying UH-1 helicopters, including one tour of duty in Vietnam. He worked for Air Logistics and Executive Helicopters as a pilot before becoming the Flight Department Manager for Continental Illinois National Bank. Sterling became Chief Pilot for HAS Corporation in 1987 and then Chief Helicopter Pilot for Duchossois Industries from 1996-2000, where he also was flight crewmember on a Gulfstream III. Sterling worked for HAS Marketing from 2000-2005 in sales.
